Our MAAJICAL Story

A Colombian apparel brand designed to enjoy life in the water and the miles around it. Inspired by the whimsical world that lays beneath the ocean’s surface, our team is always enthusiastically delivering all the Maajic it holds within.   

Founded in 2002 by sisters Manuela and Amalia Sierra, Maaji is built on their family principle of doing things right.  This, we achieve by practicing inclusion, transparency, embracing diversity, and taking care of our environment.  

Today, our company is present in more than 50 countries and 15 stand-alone stores across the Americas. In 2017, after being acquired by L Catterton Asia, we rely on numerous partners such as Nordstrom, Revolve, Galerias Lafayette, Corte Ingles, Amazon, Zappos, Neiman Marcus, Anthropologie, and Bloomingdales.   

Our product lines, which include swimwear, beachwear, active, protective, lounge, and sleepwear, as well as accessories, kids, and men’s trunks, are carefully designed contrasting unique color palettes, shapes, silhouettes, and textures. Our obsession is all about the details, and it stands out through every single one of our top quality, innovative, versatile, and reversible pieces.
